These terms govern all services rendered and products sold by Anytime-Lashes, 8 Akker Lane, Kriel, Mpumalanga, 2271, Republic of South Africa. By booking an appointment or placing an order, you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

A R 150 deposit is required to secure every appointment. Individual lash extensions are R 500 per full set — type, length and curl are discussed with you at booking. The balance is payable on the day of your appointment (cash, Instant EFT or card via PayFast).

• Deposits are deducted from the total treatment price.
• Deposits are transferable to a new date with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Missed appointments (no-show) without notice forfeit the deposit.

New clients receive a complimentary patch test at least 24–48 hours before their first full set, in line with professional lash-industry practice.

• If a reaction occurs, the appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge.
• Clients with eye infections, recent eye surgery, or known allergies should advise us before booking.
• Results and wear time vary by individual lash cycle and aftercare compliance.

Every client receives aftercare guidance. To protect your investment: avoid water, steam, and oil-based products on lashes for 24–48 hours, brush daily, and book infills every 2–3 weeks. Anytime-Lashes is not liable for damage caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

• Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
• Orders are fulfilled on confirmed payment via PayFast or alternative arrangement.
• Door-to-door courier (R 120) or free collection at the studio applies as selected at checkout.
• Stock levels are managed in-studio; should an item be unavailable we will contact you within 24 hours with a refund or exchange.

While we take every care, lash extension services carry inherent risks. Our liability is limited to the value of the service or product supplied, to the maximum extent permitted by South African law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mpumalanga.
